Why do you need to take MTI’s Earning Your Wheels program?

MTI studentThe single most important reason is that as a graduate of the MTI-EYW course you will have a job with one of MTI’s partner companies.

To get a full-time, well paying job with a reputable company you need a Class 1 licence and 2 years of driving experience or graduate from an accredited Earning Your Wheels program. That’s right, just getting a Class 1 licence won’t get you a good job but Earning Your Wheels will get you started on a career with a reputable company.

The leading insurance companies in Canada charge a premium for inexperienced drivers. Most companies, if they will higher inexperienced drivers at all, pay lower wages to help make up for the higher insurance costs.

Graduates of the MTI-EYW program are treated as experienced drivers by the insurance companies and are paid full wages by the carriers.
